If your item does not arrive within 5 working days of confirmation of dispatch please contact us so we can investigate thoroughly. We will provide you with an update within 24 hours of contacting us.
We deem an item to be lost if not received within 14 days of dispatch. In this instance we will raise a claim with our suppliers and provide you with a full refund. If there is evidence that the item has been delivered or that incorrect information was provided at time of order we cannot provide this refund but will work with you and the delivery company to trace and retrieve the item to the extent of our ability to do so.
