Delivery & Returns

If you are unhappy with your item we offer a no quibble return guarentee and will refund your item upon its return in original condition and packaging.

To return an item please contact us in the first instance via email and we will advise on how to return the item for a full refund less postage costs.

All our products are sent to you via Royal Mail or Courier. Please allow up to 3 days for delivery.

All orders placed before 12 noon are processed the same day, items received after 12 noon will be processed the next working day. Working days are Monday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

If you are out when we try to deliver our driver will leave a card advising you of how to claim your item or arrange redelivery. Our courier will hold the item for a set period of time set out on their delivery information, after which they will return the item to us, we will in this case refund the cost of the item less postage costs. If you require the item to be resent we will charge an appropriate rate as per our tarriff at that time. If your item was eligible for free delivery but has to be resent in this circumstance charges will apply.

If your item does not arrive within 5 working days of confirmation of disptach please contact so we can investigate. We will provide you with an update within 24 hours of you contacting us (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

We deem an item is lost if it is not received within 14 days of dispatch, in this case we will raise a claim with our suppliers and offer you a full refund. If there is evidence that the item has been delivered or that incorrect information was provided at the time of the order we are unable to offer this refund however will work with you and our delivery company to trace and retrieve the item to the extent of our ability to do so.

If your item is lost but you do not let us know within 1 calander month of the item being dispatched we are unable to do anything to recover or resolve this and therefore cannot offer a refund.

We cannot accept responsibility if you place the wrong order, provide incorrect information or address. However we will do what we can to resolve this for you.
