Charity Work

Bright Paws was set up to try and help as many dogs in rescue systems across the UK as possible. The sad truth is many dogs are abandoned every day, finding themselves in pounds unclaimed - these dogs have 7 days to be claimed before they face being put to sleep. Young and old, large or small it doesn't matter!

We work hard to support as many of these charities as we can. We donate a percentage of profits annually to help dogs in need. There are many wonderful charities but here are a few we work with:

This year we want to do something special for the charities we love, so we have set ourselves a huge challenge and in September 2010 we will both be completing the Great North Run half marathon, a 13.2 mile run from Newcastle to South Shields! All money raised will be donated to charities; Rebecca is doing this for www.oldies.org.uk and www.sbtrescue.co.uk, Ross is doing it for Hearing Dogs for Deaf People. If you would like to sponsor us you can do so through paypal at fundraising@brightpaws.co.uk
